The Brock Method (TBM) was founded in 2016 by Alison Brock McGill. TBM is dedicated to ‘designing for connection’ by enhancing organizational culture to drive business objectives, achieve team goals, and deepen employee relationships.
About Our Work
The Brock Method envisions a future where leaders cultivate harmony, communities work and live in abundance, and groups interrelate in peace. For companies, this means harnessing cultural competence to develop leaders and engage teams through holistic, human-centered approaches. TBM draws from ancient wisdom and contemporary design to reshape workplace culture. We live our core values—vision, creativity, accountability, empathy and connection–demonstrating reimagined possibilities for the future of work in every client engagement.
